The Castle Compliance Club (CCC) was set up by and is managed by the consultancy Cordery Castle. The club supports smaller registered providers become confident in their asset list, through the digitalisation of compliance data using specialist software, to annual reviews of asset and compliance data. All compliance streams are supported from the big six through to monitoring fire alarm checks in supported and sheltered housing.
Cordery Castle works in partnership with software providers Smartlog and True Compliance. This industry leading compliance software is an alternative to spreadsheets or bolt on systems to existing management software. Using user-created risk assessments, reports and widgets, it provides the client with real-time monitoring of their asset compliance. Together we help registered providers improve how they read, digitally store, and process compliance documentation.
The Castle Compliance Club offers tailored solutions to meet your needs. Clients can choose from mild or managed packages, as well as support around asset management, decent homes, Health and safety regulations, compliance programme management, staff competency reviews and structures, supporting DLOs, tendering/recruiting contractors, etc.
All clients have access to our compliance regulatory forum. Accessed securely via our website, club members can post questions, share best practice and discuss compliance issues that are relevant to smaller providers. Updates on legislation and other helpful information is also available. All clients also have access to radon testing with sensors being available for an additional cost.

Support packages
Our two support packages are designed to support you to set up either or both software systems to meet your organisations unique needs, and to ensure complete onboarding to get full value from the software. All packages include access to the fully customisable software, access to the compliance forum and radon testing. The two packages are:
Managed, as the name suggests, is a fully managed service. It includes;
• Support to revise the asset list if needed.
• Undertaking the software onboarding process including uploading the asset list, agreeing rules, creating reports, onboarding contractors, uploading legacy data, etc.
• Management and monitoring of compliance actions on behalf of the provider.
• Regular compliance stream reporting.
• Fully built compliance programs and review of contractor performance.
• Future technical updates, ability to add addition compliance streams and ongoing new document mapping
The mild package includes;
• Support prior to onboarding, for example finalising your property list.
• Support uploading property data, creating rules and reports, and evaluating the system to ensure your organisation gets the most from the software.
• Support with building compliance programmes and contractor performance review.
• Future technical updates, ability to add addition compliance streams and ongoing new document mapping
Pricing is based on portfolio size, which package and software is chosen and whether any additional services are required. Interim staffing, for example for compliance monitoring, can be provided for an additional cost.
